Not only is there a growing gap across Europe between the demand and supply for ICT specialists, but women are overwhelmingly under-represented in this sector and furthermore when they do choose ICT, they face a higher risk of dropping out because of unfavourable working conditions and lack of career progression.

Our objective is to encourage women not only to stay in ICT, but also to empower them to reach their full potential through business creation in their field of tech expertise.
